Starting with the purchase of a duplex at age 22, Mike has grown his real estate development portfolio to close to $50 million of assets currently or formerly owned. Before starting March 2 Ventures, Mike worked for 30 years in world-class organizations like Multi-Ad, EMC, Cisco and Presidio. Now he takes that same passion that made him a success in the business world and is applying it to his “hobby”: real estate development and acquisition.

In addition to building a residential real estate portfolio, Mike has served in numerous leadership, sales and promotional roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was honored as one of the “40 Leaders Under 40” in Central Illinois. Mike holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Illinois State University and is the founder of the Butch Gudat Foundation, a living legacy to his father who was a firefighter who died in the line of duty.
